Absolutely ridiculous company! They don’t have enough time to take care of their customers. After wasting 3 hours with the technician he tells me I need to have an IT guy out to fix my system. I call Vivint to tell them what he said and they tell me he was wrong and set another appt with a different technician. This guy calls 2 hours before my appt and cancels and tells me the next available appt is another 2 weeks out. A whole month later from when the first guy came out.
