Tiles had slipped on my roof and with thunderstorms and 9mm of rain forecast I was very worried.Not only did Vivify fit me in between jobs and fix my problem,Brett also found another broken tile and replaced it.I asked if he could come back and look at what I thought was a roofing problem Brett spent 30minutes sourcing the cause(not a roofing problem) and gave all the information I needed even though it wasn’t a job for him.I really felt like I was dealing with a mate, he was so friendly, informative and just wanted to help.... read more
I would highly recommend Vivify! Luke is an excellent communicator, honest, thorough, and dedicated to delivering great results. I’ve often heard that many roofers just slap on a new roof and move on, but Vivify is different. They genuinely care about their craft, ensuring everything is done to the highest standard.
Brilliant, professional and an all round really genuine person, Brett helped us with a leak that no-one else has been able to fix within one hour of being at our house. He clearly knows his stuff, has a can do attitude, is a great problem solver and genuinely wants to help people fix their issues. He gave us some very sound advice and we are very grateful for meeting him. I would not use anyone else in the future.
We recently contacted Brett to fix a leakage in our roof, and we couldn't be happier with the service. He was available when we needed him and arrived on time as promised. His professionalism extended to transparent and reasonable pricing, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend their services!
I phoned Brett 8am with a problem water leaking through the plaster into the dining room. 10am Brett was on the roof fixing the problem, repaired lead flashing and replaced 3 tiles. Absolute fantastic service. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRETT
