Dr. Au is extremely sharp, quick, caring, and helpful. I'm a complicated ophthalmological case due to autoimmune disease and medication sensitivities, and she has expertly managed all of this, helping me choose the best possible treatments keep everything under control and protect my eyes. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Dr. Au. She has demonstrated absolute competency and seems to be in control of my condition. I do have one issue that is really due to my loss of perfect hearing over the years. During my visits Dr. Au speaks to me regarding my condition which is very helpful. My problem is I cannot hear her very well and miss over half of what she is telling me.
