Vivie made great recommendations for updates for the house to be more attractive to potential buyers based on current sales trends. She also considered the cost versus potential gain for the changes and took time to check material and color selections at various stores to narrow down the better selections. This service helped me save both time and money. Vivie monitored the progress of the projects closely along the way as well so that the house was ready for the market within just a few weeks. A great experience all around!
