Love, love , love these caregivers and nurses! They are so caring and kind! Would recommend to anyone who needs extra help!!!
Unbelievable is all I can say. This company Charges 55 dollars for homemaking and over 100 dollars for nursing services. New Dimensions and Home Instead are much better options. Especially new dimensions. Knute Nelson will tell you that everything will be covered by insurance. I told them I don't want services unless its covered by Insurance. Yet they reassured me that it would. Well it wasen't covered by insurance and then I got a bill of 240 dollars. Don't trust anything they say because they won't hesitate to lie too you.
Home Health has been great. Brittney is wonderful.
