Good and honest, got the work done on my laptop, it's working good now. I've used them a couple of times and would go back for sure.
Very professional and quick. Everyone that helped me was knowledgeable and nice. My laptop is fast again and actually works in my office. My husband and I were going to pay to have another hard line place , but turns out an antenna in my laptop came loose. So thanks to vividlabs we saved a ton of money!

Dropped off my external hard drive at the end of January. Told me it would be about 48 hours. Called me back within a day saying they had to order a part and it would probably be done the following week. Every time I call they tell me "still working on it, probably by this weekend". Now, over 2 months later, I can't get a hold of them. I call and the number has been disconnected. I have stopped by during posted business hours and they are always closed.
