I had a very good experience, allthe office staff was very friendly. I was seen by Ryan and he was kind and answered all my questions without rushing. I appreciated this very much. I was seen at office on Flamingo and Eastern.
I always have a positive experience with the Vivida Team. This was my second time working with Patrick Jameson. He is very thorough in explaining what is going on. Makes sure that there are no new issues of any kind. And goes into great detail on what to expect from my medication. Great experience *****
Even though they were busy and I could tell my doctor was rushing, he still took the time to care and sit down to answer all my questions. Usually doctors are dismissive and just want to move on but I think everyone here cares about every patient.
The new office is large and very active. My appointment was at 11Am and I was done by 11:45. Dr Farley gave me a complete full body check up and I know from experience if, for any reason, I have a new concern before my yearly follow up she and her staff will be easily accessable...
