If I could give Vivid ten stars, there would be 11. Like most people, I was as nervous as a cat. My second visit was great as long as my first visit but nowhere as nervous the second time around! Everyone at Vivid was very nice and so knowledgeable. Kaitlyn was so calming she knows her stuff. Every question I threw at her, I received an answer in layman’s terms. Kaitlyn is absolutely wonderful! I was a little nervous getting Botox done because in the past I didn’t have a great experience somewhere else, but Kaitlyn was great! She was very thorough while cleaning which was even more reassuring! The facility is really cute….she’s so relatable and down to earth but yet very professional. I started going to Kaitlyn last week for Botox and a weight loss medication. My Botox has changed my face tremendously and it looks 100% better than before! She fixed all of my imperfections I had and made me feel confident again! I also started getting weight loss injections and have already lost 7 pounds in my first week. I highly recommend her for anyone in the area. One of my friends has already gone to her since seeing my results. I’m so glad I was able to find someone local to go to!
