Vivid was amazing, especially for my first visit. They were super thorough and made it very easy. Cherry was super helpful and explained all my options to me. Definitely my new home dental office.
Great hygienist, very through and great care
I am very concerned about the infection control practices at this dental office. During my visit, the hygienist came to the waiting room already wearing black gloves. She opened and closed the main door with those gloves, touching the door handle, then brought me back to the exam room. After we discussed X-rays (which I declined), she left my room wearing the same gloves, went into another patient’s room to speak with the dentist about my decision, and then returned to my room still wearing the same gloves.
