Vivid is full of crap. I worked at this joke of a company. When I started, every customer was mad, & angry because they don’t honor their contracts. It got kinda old explaining to everyone that I’m new & there to do the job 100%. After coming back to work from a severe heart attack, to working 40-60 hours a week, trying to get their properties in order, they lay me off, and keep my paycheck. Professional work huh? We got better quality flooring and countertops for the price of piss poor work! A paint job that was done by what must be the absolute most incompetent people ever. It took more than six do-overs to still not get it right! Then we are told "well it can't be perfect because it wasn't t perfect before". This company did some "work" for a family member and her husband on their dream home. They not only did a piss-poor job on the remodel of said home but when requested by the home owner to redo certain projects that were not done well they reacted like children, denial, caused more damage and then took the $$$ and walked away. Poor communication, poor quality.
I made the mistake of hiring Vivid last Aug2017 to purchase and install a spiral staircase for the outside leading from existing covered porch to the basement area. First, ordered wrong product in October (asked for money to order Staircase) I wrote check. Delays in installing because everything wasn’t in order! Great company to deal with, as with most people life gets hectic and our lawn was getting neglected. Vivids guys came right in, trimmed all the hedges, cut the grass, edged the yard, sprayed all the weeds and left our yard looking like it had never missed a cutting! We now have been using them almost a year and I love enjoying my time in the yard relaxing not working! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks!
Great company with a responsive, helpful staff! I manage over 100 single family homes in Clayton and Henry Counties, and Vivid helps me keep the yards looking good while the homes are empty or being marketed...avoiding costly HOA fines for my property owners. I highly recommend Vivid for anyone needing landscaping services!
