I've been using this company for about 14 years and here lately there service seems to be getting worse been calling every week to get told I'm on the Schedule but no one shows up and I think this is very bad business wouldn't recommend them for nothing
Horrible service from this company. Their customer service doesn’t seem to know anything either. Was a customer for several years and it was pretty good at first. Their sign is gone and the building looks empty so I assume they are out of business. Stay away from VIVID!!!!!!!! As far as service goes they have NO SERVICE!!
I am a resident of College Place Subdivision and most disappointed that we cannot get our pine straw delivered and placed. Overpromises and underdelivers. Our neighborhood does not look well maintained.
