Absolute horseshit company. They have taillights I ordered two months ago listed as in stock. An still they are telling me the item won't ship until the end of July because of production issues. So I told them I want to cancel my order. It's been two weeks, no refund no update on the order. Nothing just keep getting told to be patient. My experience with Vivid Racing has not been positive as well. I have sent them an email inquiry on pricing on an item that just went out of stock. No response. When I called their ***************** they transferred me to ***************** who in turn tried to transfer me back to Sales. I explained to them that I just got transferred by them. Then I was placed in terminal hold.
Mr.**** help me with all the questions that I had,very knowledgeable about the parts that I needed!!The response time was super fast!Thanks Mr.**** blessings from ******* central!!
I ordered a slingshot roof I paid 313 dollars for 2 day shipping I received an email a few days later saying the website is charging the wrong price and the shipping would be another 300 dollars totaling $613 and I wont receive the item for atleast ***** business days even though I paid 613 dollars for 2 day shipping.
Worst company to deal with, ever!! Customer service and satisfaction is definitely not a priority here. I was sent the wrong item (totally wrong, received someone else's order). They absolutely refused to properly fulfill my order. Then it took over 2 weeks for them to refund my money AFTER they received the incorrectly sent item back at their warehouse. **** had a different excuse every time I inquired as to why I had not received a refund. Totally ridiculous. 0/10 would not recommend.
Placed order April 7th, made multiple requests, tickets, emails to cancel the order. They shipped it anyway the evening of April 8th. **************** informs me to refuse the order for a full refund as they will not price match. Lastly they send me a reply stating I'm only receiving a partial refund due to a restocking fee for an error on their part. What a joke of a company. Avoid these guys.
Horrible company to deal with. Shipped me the wrong part. Claim thats what I ordered and its my fault. Trying to charge a restocking fee for their mistake. **************** is like trying to pull teeth. Even hang up the phone on you.
My reasoning for writing a review is not for the product, but for the way this job screws over possible new employees. I applied for this job about a month ago, They denied my application originally.About two weeks ago they gave me a call saying they were interested in setting up an interview, so i was pumped and planned it for the next day.
