Back on September 25, 2023 I bought a delphi Fuel pump for my 2016 Audi S4. Normally, when you buy part on any website that it’s sold on, it will tell you if there are modifications that need to be made or if you needed other parts included for it to work, but in this case, there was no mention on Vivids website that says you needed any additional parts to install the fuel pump properly. Ordered part number GT0118855xx20HS. Center hub size 66.6. They sent me Part number GT*******435HS hub size 73.1. They would not accept a return because it had a custom back spacing. I couldn't even get a charge back from the Members 1st bank card. What the freak is wrong with companies now a days. We have no recourse to get our money back when it's so blatantly wrong!
Horrible customer service... sent me the wrong parts and then gave me the run-around on my refund. They still refuse to refund me even after I delivered the wrong part back to them, at my cost! Asked me to remove the PayPal claim before they give me a refund. Management refused to help as well. I can’t believe how they treat customers. Avoid at all costs!
Buyer beware from this company. I ordered a product from this VIVID RACING and had a confirmed purchase from an in-stock sale item. I also called several times to get updates on my order. I was then sent a waiver to be filled out before they would ship my confirmed order. After filling this waiver out, I emailed again to check the status of my order. Some of the worst customer service ever! I ordered a set of brakes and two weeks later still did not have any shipping info, so I emailed them. A week later still no brakes but a email saying that I need to pay additional money because they used my billing address(PO BOX) instead of my mailing address and it was returned to them. Will never use them again.
1 star minus 5 to be honest! Ordered a product that this company said was in stock. After placing my order on January 15th 2019, and my payment cleared. They tell me that it will be 4-6 weeks because the maker (Unorthodox Racing) was having trouble keeping up with production. Understandable. Wait it gets better! Ok, don't wait, that's no fun.
