Vivid manages a rental property for us in Jacksonville, Florida. Ok I gave this company one star because the only good thing about them is that they left me alone and stayed out of my business. However, they never sent anyone out to fix anything. I handled all of the maintenance with the property because the first couple times someone did come out they were incompetent. Example, there was a problem with my front door, the frame was the issue. I hate writing negative reviews but I would like to share my experience to hopefully help others. Communication needs to be improved. I inquired about renting a house listed with this property management company. It showed as available "now". I was told to request a showing online. Filled out a long form and upload my ID (for what I have no idea, it isn't a self showing) and get to the last page and there are NO SHOWINGS AVAILABLE. Okay?
