A very nice woman named “V” did a beautiful job with my pedicure and manicure. I had acrylics on my nails so she did a fill-in and my nails look fabulous. A very thorough job on My hands and feet! I’m just visiting from New York, but the next time I am back in town, this is where I will come! Everyone here was very nice and eager to accommodate. They all speak beautiful English which makes the communication so much easier!
I want to give a shout-out to Vanessa at Vivid Nails for a new service she provides - the Head Spa! She has a comfy table with a cradle for the head over a basin. She starts with a warm wash of your hair and face. Then the standard service ($85) includes a mini-facial, a shampoo, scalp massage, condition and blow-dry. It's incredibly relaxing and you'll feel squeaky-clean afterwards. The deluxe service (about $115 I think) adds a shoulder massage, neck and upper chest. It's really a treat!
I unfortunately went in to get my gel removed and the tech shaved off so much of my natural nail that my fingers hurt. I had nice strong nails and now they are paper thin. I have to be extremely careful doing daily tasks. Will not return.
The light essential oil scent makes you feel relaxed as soon as you enter into the headspa room.
Moon is the best! I love her attention to detail. Highly recommend her for dip manicures and pedicures.
