I give this nail salon a two stars because even though the service was good and she did exactly what I wanted. I did a builder gel fill in and it does says $51 which seems right but then she charged me to cut down my nails and to reshape them (which was the original shape I came in with) and then did two designs on two of my nails she added and extra $39 to my nails. Wanted to say thank you Vivid!! I had a lovely pedicure today. Everyone that greeted me was so kind and truly provided 10/10 customer service. I was immediately attended too and the pedicure itself was lovely! My tech was efficient and did a wonderful job. Seriously thank you. I wish every first impression was like this one today.
