Amazing work I love everyone especially Yen and Tru
Was looking at places in the area to get my nails done, came across this business and decided to check the reviews judging by the way, the owner even replies to her reviews. I’m scared to even consider coming in. What a joke. Please sell your business and consider a new occupation clearly, customer service is not your top priority
I absolutely love coming to Vivid Nails & Spa! Everyone is so welcoming, and the atmosphere is elegant, fun, and full of positive energy. Every visit is a great experience. Yen is the best nail technician! She is incredibly kind, professional, and talented. Her nail designs are absolutely stunning, and she always pays attention to every detail. She consistently exceeds my expectations, and I always leave loving my nails. I highly recommend Vivid Nails & Spa, especially if you book with Yen!
extremely rude lady wanted her workers to rush on me to get me and my 11month old son out of there. He was NOT crying or fussing, he was sitting in his car seat just looking around doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong. Lady proceeds to say “can someone go and hurry up the nails on the lady with the screaming baby so she can leave”.
