Second time here and again a bad experience. I asked for 10 minutes that i wanted clear, transparent acrilic powder. Attendant claimed she did not have and i should use a pink one... I insisted, showed pictures until she convinced me that it was not possible because she did not have the clear one. 3 nails in I see the attendand next to me using a transparent color on the other client. This has been my go to salon for many years. The owner is great, and so are quite a few of the technicians. However, today specifically I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the technician doing my dipped nails. I’ve had a few other uncomfortable appointments there recently; but the technician today was downright rude. I am not a complainer and never leave negative reviews; but she had such an issue fixing a few very obvious issues (I chose a peach color; the color when she started the dip was a bright magenta pink) ... read more
