i came in at 6 and there were 3 people ahead of me and my mother, we waited and it took about 30 minutes. afterwards we got seated immediately for 2 pedicures. me and my mother got the sweetest lady named tina to do our pedis and she did absolutely amazing! so kind and the service was 10/10! i always go to vivid in franklin for my pedicures but this time was the best time i’ve been!

Had an appointment to have my gel SNS nails done and a pedicure. This place was fantastic! Great customer service, very professional and reasonable pricing. Super relaxing. I will be going back again. ♥️
Just had my pink and white nails done today by michelle. I think that was her name. Anyway she was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful nails. I heard she was the newest staff member and i huess they hire the best of the best!!!! Edit: today I went again for a pedicure and acrylic refill. Their pedicure with the hot stones is the best I've ever had. I've been to every nail salon in town and this one once again never disappoints! Staff is so sweet too. ...
