Many people have bad experiences with 1st shift manager. She runs that place like a "plantation". Many employees have reported that were hired through Diverse Staffing just to push production and then let go within a week or so. Majority of African American employees don't last two weeks. It seems to be a good company but lack of management oversight has allowed some employees to abuse their authority like Ms. Judy. No Diversity and No Shame. SMH
