Today was my first visit to Vivid Hair Lounge, after following my stylist Reign here. I absolutely loved the salon, from the moment i stepped in. You just feel at home, the vibe is perfect, and the people are incredible. I was nervous i would feel out of place, after seeing Reign her own studio suite. But this place was everything. Me and my daughter will definitely be back, and i will absolutely be referring everyone i know to come here. Thank you for such a great day! You guys hit the jackpot bringing Reign on board!!
About a month ago I scheduled an appointment with Jessica (Level 5 Stylist). She accepted it a few days later after I requested her and I confirmed the appointment two days before my scheduled appointment. Then one day before my appointment, I got a notification that I was changed to a different stylist (Level 1 Stylist). This is our 2nd time here and we leave happier and feeling better each time. Dan had my daughter and I and got us done basically together in the most amazing display of time management and balance. Im just so happy with the highlights and the style
