I got the following services Root touch up Toner because my hair were brassy Hair cut Hairdresser Kaelin Root touch up was fine but she left the color all over my forehead and I asked her to remove it and she used a towel on my face in such harsh manner it was all red at the end and hurting. Toner: she said she would come up after 20 min and came after 35 min and as a result my hair came out so so dark it feels awful Haircut: it’s terrible terrible that I put it in a ponytail as soon as I left the salon. It’s been a little over a week since my haircut & style, but I still wanted to leave Hannah a review because I’ve been loving it. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that, making it even better than I pictured. She was so attentive and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy, and the scalp massage was such a nice touch too. Even after a week, I’m still loving how my hair looks and feels. I have been going to Vivid since its 1st year in business 14 years ago. Always exactly what I want and always an enjoyable experience. There is somethibg great about the little consistencies in life.
My hair was in desperate need of the haircut. I needed a person to hear my wants and just do a simple haircut. I saw Kaelin and she made my hair feel amazing, massage was amazing and v ty pleasant conversation.
