Lots of good Communication with the receptionist. I had a few difficult request for appointment times and she was extremely helpful and getting me the hours that I needed. The doctor is very good new patient, she takes her time and breaks things down for you.
I recently went here for an eye exam where I informed them I was on MY LAST PAIR OF DAILYs and they let me leave with them and no other contacts. They didn’t give me any trial contacts. I then called them at the end of march to ask when my contacts when arrive and they informed me my trials would be in at the end of April. Since then they haven’t contacted me. Easy and quick, the office reached out to me for my yearly exam, their online scheduling made it easy to set up and they do a reminder email and text for the appointment. Very efficient!
