I see Dr Nguyen reguarly and I respect her professionalism and pride in what she does. I would highly recommend Vivid Dental if you are looking for a dentist you can trust. The only thing I really want to comment is... it will be better if whitening suggestion is not brought up in every single visit lol (please don't hate me for saying this...!) But it won't stop me from seeing trustworthy dentists at Vivid Dental!
I’ve seen Dr Lam for many years and highly recommend him. He is skilful, kind and takes the time to clearly explain treatment options, which makes every visit reassuring. A small but memorable gesture — checking on me in the pouring rain and arranging an umbrella — shows the genuine care he has for his patients.
Such a great team. Special mention of Leanne whose calm support of anxious patients has made regular check ups a simple task. Can highly recommend.
I’ve been going to Vivid for about seven years and have always been happy with the service. Carolyn has a fantastic manner and is especially reassuring if you’re nervous. The ceiling-mounted TVs are a great bonus! Highly recommend.
Love the Vivid Dental team! After a few not so pleasant dentist experiences in the past from other places, I could not be happier having found the dentists and team at Vivid Dental a few years back. They are thorough, caring and professional, and have helped me through regular checkups to complex dental needs. Special shout out to Dr Andy for his attention to detail and Roxy who has even helped mind the kids during unexpected dental emergencies. Highly recommend.
