We used Vivico to purchase our new home along with selling our old home. The sale of our old home went well and we were pleased with that process. They were the listing agents of the new home we were looking at and we also had a personal connection to the company at the time. Hence why we didn't hesitate to use them. However, we are not pleased with our new home purchase. I am making this review to caution other folks who are thinking about a Bluestone Homes, home. Dennis Wiebe from Vivico Real Estate Inc. was so helpful in helping my wife and I find the perfect home for our family. Dennis was always available for our many questions. As a first time home buyer, Steven gave me confidence and reassurance every step of the way, ensuring that I was informed about all minor or major details.
