My first time here and it will not be my last time! This location is under a new owner who is fantastic and pays attention to ALL details. You can see that this salon is her passion, not a job. It is family owned and operated. Not only do they do an excellent job on your nails, they make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. I am a returning customer . I am very ecstatic to have my gel nails done by kayla again. My french gel nails last me about 3 weeks or more . I was so surprised.
I’ve come here for pedicures three times, and have a great experience each time. Today, I was in a rush and they were able to be fast yet gentle. They’re the only salon I’ve ever been to that do not knick the skin around my cuticle. My pedicures always look fantastic and last long!
Friendly and good service. This is my main nail salon when I visit Fairfax.
Disappointed by poor manicure - inconsistent nail shapes and sloppy work. I asked for rounded nails and each nail is a different shape. The manicurist did not pay attention and acted annoyed the whole time. She asked me to pick a darker color multiple times as this one did not “go with my skin tone”.
