Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. I had a last-minute address change, but it was updated, and the flowers were delivered on time. The flowers and arrangement were perfect.
I did not provide all the info needed to send flowers to a dear relative, so Vivian called to confirm info very promptly. She was very kind and understanding and made sure flowers were delivered prompt and safe (recipient was not home at the time of delivery but all went well).
Having just returned to the area, I went looking for a local florist to get some flowers for my wife. I found Vivian's and could not be happier. I walked in to find that everything was arranged upon request, thus making everything as fresh as possible. Vivian was very helpful with my decision-making and put together a beautiful arrangement.
The flower shop is nice, but just not so big.
