I don’t usually write reviews for flowers, especially when I wasn’t the one who ordered them, but I had to for these. My best friend sent me flowers for my birthday, and they might be the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever received. They’re fresh, vibrant, and fill my entire office with the most amazing scent. Absolutely perfect!

I purchased a flower/plant arrangement at 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon in Rochester. The memorial service was scheduled for Friday at 10:00 a.m. in Brighton. Viviano’s doesn’t deliver to Brighton, so there was a question of whether a local florist could recreate the arrangement I selected in Rochester AND deliver it in time. The family texted me to tell me how gorgeous the arrangement was, and how grateful they were to have a plant as a keepsake. Viviano’s does not disappoint!

They saved my day! I placed an online order, but didn't pay attention to the pick up date... They pulled my order up, made my item and I was all set quickly! Customer service at its best!
