Pleasant place to live I've lived in these apartments for 8 months now and am very pleased with their services. Rent is pretty reasonable and there is adequate parking. Their pool is awesome - large, covered gazebos, built-in barbecue, fireplace - and the staff is pretty friendly. If I have a maintenance problem, their crew comes promptly and is very nice.

From bug infestations, filthy move in conditions, and frequent break ins, Viviani's got it all. Above all else, it is NOT SAFE. I lived in my apartment for less than a week when it got violently broken into. The door kicked down and everything I owned rummaged through.
