Pleasant place to live I've lived in these apartments for 8 months now and am very pleased with their services. Rent is pretty reasonable and there is adequate parking. Their pool is awesome - large, covered gazebos, built-in barbecue, fireplace - and the staff is pretty friendly. If I have a maintenance problem, their crew comes promptly and is very nice.

From bug infestations, filthy move in conditions, and frequent break ins, Viviani's got it all. Above all else, it is NOT SAFE. Poorly built Overall, a poorly built and insulated apartment complex. If you dont mind roasting in the summer and dealing with poor customer service, then move here. If you want something better, look somewhere else.

Safe place The service has been wonderful. They have such a quick response on everything from maintence to parking situations. The fact it is a gated community provides for a good sence of safety.
