Dr. Goldenberg presented herself and kaiser in an unprofessional manner at my initial visit as a new patient. Her mannerisms were aggressive, inattentive, rude, arrogant, and lacked the appeal toward being of service to me; the patient! I expect my Doctor to be the subject matter expert to remedy my health concerns which should involve me; the subject matter expert of my body's symptoms and norms. Pleasant, patient & caring. Listens and is empathetic.
She would rather let you die than refill your prescription. It’s literally thyroid medication. If the medication is too much or too little, you will notice it eventually and make the call to the doctor to have them adjust it. Always been this way with normal doctors, I don’t know why Kaiser doctors are acting like it’s life threatening. And the point is, they act like it affects your life so much, yet they do nothing to try to get your prescriptions refilled asap. Refused to see me because I would be 1 minute late for grace period. After I called to advise I was in route and gave eta. I’ve had countless times I have had to wait beyond my scheduled time yet they could not show me grace and I felt horrible
