Vivian had a very good understanding of the local housing market, including pricing trends, property values, and neighborhood developments. She understood our needs and preferences and tailor her advice accordingly. Plus, she had an understanding of the market conditions and knew when to push for a better deal.
We love Vivian and we are so happy we trusted her in the process of selling our parents home. Even though she was the 3rd realtor to try to sell the home. She reassured us not to loose faith.
