I went in for acne treatment and was prescribed an ointment that did nothing. When I went back eight months later, the doctor prescribed a second ointment. After using their treatments for over six months, my acne is exactly the same, and the medication actually damaged my skin barrier, causing my skin tone to darken significantly. I had an exceptional experience with dermatologist Vivian Yee, M.D. She not only listened attentively to all my concerns but also addressed each one with a high level of knowledge and expertise. Her thoroughness was truly impressive, and I appreciated her non-judgmental approach. I wish I could give her 10 stars for the outstanding care she provided.
I found her and her dtaff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She explained things simply and clearly.
I am a corporate executive with my time during the week booked to every fifteen minutes. I would only recommend this practice for adults and children who do not have obligations. I arrived to find a very full waiting room. I told the receptionist I had allotted 75 minutes for the appointment. She said there should be no problem getting me in and out within that timeframe. Horrible experience. Was charged over 200 dollars for 3 minutes where she walked in amd didn't look, study, touch the affected area at all. This office seems to be exclusively geared towards cosmetic dermatology, NOT MEDICAL. The front office staff is hostile and unprofessional. They then prescribed a cream that burned my face.
