Dr. Pugh is kind, caring, and extremely diligent. I’ve often struggled to find PCPs who make my concerns feel validated, but she was the first to make me feel like I was being empathized with and listened to. She did a phenomenal job of explaining her assessments, and provided me with in depth information about treatments, potential side effects, and general research regarding my conditions. I really appreciated the level of care and compassion she provided, and would recommend her highly.
Dr. Pugh is an exceptional physician. She possesses extensive knowledge, demonstrates remarkable patience, and conducts thorough examinations. Her genuine concern for her patients is evident in her care. I have been a patient of hers for over seven years, though I must admit that her frequent relocations make it challenging to maintain a consistent relationship with her. Dr. Pugh is the absolute best doctor I’ve ever had. My husband feels the same way. Some doctors obviously don’t know who you are even after the 10th visit. Dr Pugh, not only knows her patients, she also follows up on them. We didn’t know where she had gone after leaving Georgetown BSW,, glad to find her again! PS, the bad review she got was about the staff’s lack of response apparently
I had some virtual appointments with her in the past she is truly one of the most skilled physicians that I have ever come in contact with and cares about you as a patient and person if you Lucky enough to have her as a in person primary doctor I could not highly recommend it enough
Dr. Vivian Pugh is the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had, maybe even the best healthcare provider I’ve seen, period. She truly listens, takes time to understand my concerns, and provides thoughtful, evidence-based guidance. She’s extremely knowledgeable across many areas of medicine and genuinely cares about my health and well-being. Highly recommend!!
