I drove an hour to get my nails filled! My first time there i called no problem getting in. I walked in today. Tuesday morning. Tight away turned away and there was not one person getting service. I spent a lot of money there and for the gentleman to tell me no for a fill. Not happy. I went to the nearest place USA nail. They fit me in no problem and they were packed! Again i drove an hour to be there because they told me my first visit anytime. Not true!!! Im from the Chicago area. They are not doing anything right!!!
Well not even 24hrs my French Manicure did not last less then 24 hours my polish was cracked an they just look horrible. 40.00 for what? Polish cracked because your products are old and the Manicure wasn't much either. Definitely wont be back....
I bring my girls in with me for pedicures (3 & 1 y/o) and they are always so kind and accommodating! The lady doing my nails even helped my toddler go to the bathroom while my nails were still drying. We always look forward to our appointments here :)

Rude!! Asked if they take Walk-ins, the guy looked at my nails and said we don’t have time. The lady then said we do but don’t have time. I wanted a pedicure. Their tone was so rude. I’ll never go back even if they had an opening. They treated me like shit
