Came here a couple months ago. I got a 1 hr massage. Everything was going good until this customer they already knew walks in asking for 90 minutes massage. I was inn about half way my 1 hr. They told me they would end my massage earlier because this guy wanted 4 hands on. They told me I would get refund discount back. Upon leaving she didn't return anything she said it was a tip for the other lady. I was disappointed I will never return here.
Sara is such a nice person she usually schedules my massages. Clean, professional staff, plenty of parking. One time I left behind my money. She called me and returned it to me on next visit I recommend Vivian massage for all your aches,soreness and tension relief. Please make sure to tip your masseuse well they earn and deserve to be treated well.
