I consulted Dr. Hsu for cellfina treatment. I proceeded with the procedure, except she wasn’t the one doing it, her techs did it. Had I known that she delegates surgical procedures to people who may or may not have a high school diploma, I would’ve never come to this practice. Regardless, it’s been close to three years and my rear end is completely and totally disfigured. My sister went to Dr. Hsu for a breast reduction and it literally changed her life! Her experience from beginning to end was better than she could have imagined! Dr. Hsu was thorough, comforting and her work is impeccable! All the staff were just the same! I would hands down refer everyone to this practice for cosmetic as well as non-cosmetic surgery!
I had a breast lift and reduction March 23 2016 I am still in pain, I can't wear a regular bra, my scars are horrendous and I have been ill since I was inhabated. Biggest mistake of my life!!! Dr. Shu's staff especially Karen was supposed to help me with my scars and she just finally said she couldn't do anything more for me----hello you did this to me! I am BEYOND unhappy and would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy!!!!!!
