Dr. Lindfield and all her staff are truly amazing! She’s not only an excellent surgeon but extremely thorough with every step of your treatment. All your tests, scans, MRI, everything is taken care of and scheduled for you, if your diagnosis comes back cancer. Dr. Lindfield is not only caring but explains everything in great detail. After my surgery, I had no side effects whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Lindfield and wouldn’t go to anyone else!
Dr. Lindfield's staff is wonderful. I have always felt comfortable and reassured by them. They are very concerned about my health which I appreciate and they are doing what is necessary to prevent my reoccurrence.
I have been a long time patient of Dr. Lindfield. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 14 years ago. I saw her for a consultation at that time. She explained everything in detail. She let me ask questions. She was always caring and empathetic. She did my surgery which went very well. I had no pain and can barely even see a scar. I recently went for my checkup visit. I am officially 5 years cancer free. Dr. Lindfield found my breast cancer when I had gone for an annual mammogram. I was told to wait 6 months and just follow up by the place that did my mammogram. They saw something but didn’t think it was concerning. I was worried so I went to Dr. Lindfield for a second opinion. She didn’t like what the mammogram looked like and did a biopsy. The spot was a cancer. She did my surgery. I don’t know what these other people are talking about! I was getting my annual mammogram and the radiologist saw something. They did an ultrasound and still didn’t like it. The technician checked with Dr. Lindfield’s office and they squeezed me into the schedule to see her the same day. She was extremely nice and caring. She explained what was in the images and that I needed a biopsy. She explained the procedure in detail and what possible outcomes may be. She did the biopsy with her nurse present. Dr. Lindfield was kind and compassionate to me. I’m grateful for her help.
Dr. Lindfield was not present for any pre op meeting. A week after my surgery I was still severely swollen and bruised. She came into the post op meeting on the defense, telling me it's normal. I consulted with two other breast specialists that said it was not. She took the liberty of making an incision to avoid scarring but increased my pain and recovery time, along with bruising and swelling. Although I have not yet had scheduled surgery to remove an early cancer, I have had a good experience with Dr. Lindfield. Working with an assistant, she performed a core biopsy and she alone gave me the results and options for surgical procedure and followup treatment. I was given information and appts for scans and tests needed prior to surgery. My OB-GYN physician stated that Dr. Lindfield is an excellent surgeon. Her office is peaceful, relaxing, elegant.
Be aware! If you have an appointment, show up! They will bill you even if you call ahead of time to inform you are cancelling.
