Vivian was great for me on my purchase. I wanted to approach buying a home my way and evaluate it on my terms. With her guidance I was able to navigate the legals and procedures whilst she stepped back and let me assess and view the properties on my own, without the normal sales pitch in my ear that I have experienced with other realtors. Then when I chose a property she negotiated and closed the deal for me in three weeks. I would recommend Vivian to any prospective buyers.
