Mrs. Vivian is a Awesome Dr. and does all she can to help and always takes the time to listen.
Vivian has a way of making me at ease. I do not feel rushed and she answers all of my questions. She goes out of her way to make sure I have everything I need and is just a very caring and nice person.
My husband’s appointment went good but he tried for two weeks to contact the Dr. office about getting an additional panel added to his labs & finally got through, after having to call the main building’s phone & being given another wrong number he called the number to the old Kneibert clinic & was finally transferred to Mrs. Crites office, but was told by the nurse that Vivian doesn’t usually monitor what he was asking to be added to the lab work. Thought my appointment was at 8 but it was at 7:30 I arrived at 7:45 was told I had to reschedule. That is crazy. I have sat and waited past my appointment time on several occasions but yet I have to reschedule so I will no longer be seeing her
