Because they keep it clean and all the people there are friendly and nice they have security downstairs. They don't allow a person up unless someone bugs them in no one can just come and knock at your door. They have laundry in the building people to help you with your utilities and whatever else you need help with. They also give food out to the tenants every month. The laundry rooms are always out of order and the last time I was there the heat didn't work
