So happy that we were able to have dinner at Vivian on our last night in Asheville. It was the perfect way to end our trip on a culinary & service highlight. We had popped into Vivian on Sunday while we were shopping in the River Arts district and even though we were still full from breakfast, couldn’t resist having the lobster parfait. It’s my favorite restaurant in the state, been here twice, and can’t wait to return. Everything is excellent, would give 6 stars if possible!
