To whom it may concern, I have been a patient at the Bucktown facility for a little over a year now and the one thing that is most consistent is the incompetence of this facility. I have had countless appointment just moved or canceled at will with no notification. The latest being my Birth Control Appoint. An appointment I make 3 months in advance. I received an new caseworker & shes on business. Not to say my last 4caseworkers wasn't but she treats me like an human being & I appreciate the help she gives me. I will recommend her to the next person that needs help. Because mental health is for real & I dont think that I can survive without the assistance thats being provided for me.
Do not trust their psych nurses, specifically Hannah. I am hoping Corporate will see this and if they don't I will be making some calls and sending some emails. First, her bedside manner is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. She acts apathetic and robotic, asking you the same set of questions (in a monotone voice) every visit which for me, due to some of my meds being controlled subst. is every 2 weeks (which is I think how they profit more off your insurance or Medicaid).
