It’s really unfortunate to write this review but here I go…,I came in to do a gel mani and pedi for both me and my daughter for her bday and I know how much they are but I figured they would have a kids discounted price. Tell me why they did not and the owner thought asking me two times “Are you sure you want gel” is an indication for me to know how much my total cost would be! I love coming here, I’ve been all over and I’ve tried so many nail salons. They are the best, from the time you walk in, they have amazing customer service and superior nail skills. I love the atmosphere and if I could come back every week I would. I look forward to my nail time and I will always come back here
I have never had a bad experience here until today. I came in for a simple toe and nail polish change. I unfortunately had Jimmy and he was rude from the start. He was hurting me when filing my toes and forcefully was yanking my feet in place. Then he did my nails but made me pay before even applying any coats of paint. Then he flew through the paint job and frankly, my little 15 year old sister could have done better. Once I paid he didn’t care about how my nails looked.
