I had a great first time experience at Vivi Nails today. When I walked in, although every technician was busy, I was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. I was seated as soon as the next chair was available (I was a walk-in), shown a menu, and my service began. I got a pedicure and regular polish, and a $5 callus removal add on. My pedicure experience was great, from the massage chair to the foot/calf massage itself. I'm so bummed I never asked my technician's name!
