I have two major complaints for Vivi’s nails. First, there was ALWAYS a wait even when I had an appointment and they were not once apologetic or accommodating for this inconvenience. A family member and I went together last time and I had to wait for her pedicure to be done before mine was started. Even worse though, at my last couple visits, I realized that I was having some white spots and discoloration appear on my toenails. Been coming here for years. Almost always walk in and out with waiting. Friendly staff. I won't go any place else!!
