Caution Please! NO Repair Work! Bad Ownership! Improperly replaced the lower engine plate of a 2023 Honda Civic because none of their technicians know how to repair. Causing it to fall off driving on circle drive!!? Unbelievable. So much damage caused to the plate (more than it originally came in with) and such a hard time getting any compensation, responsibility, or support from Vivi for terrible repair work. I changed the oil and brake pads here, the service here is very good, the technician is very professional, Vivi's smile makes me feel very warm, the price is also very reasonable.
