Brought my bmw there for a valve cover replacement. Got quoted $1942, bmw shop in Raleigh completed the same job for $908. Enough said!

This place used to be much better when Mike was still there. The son has not done a good job of running the business. Zero communication with the customer. Had to call myself for updates. Instead of telling me he didn’t want to/ couldn’t work on an issue I had, just gave me an obscene price to repair, which other quotes proved to be true. But I guess since they have local gov contracts they don’t care about the everyday man anymore, which is what built the business.
