Worked with Phil at Viverant Duluth due to some shoulder pain. After a month or so I was pain free!
I’ve been going weekly to Viverant Duluth since may 2019 and it is hands down the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time. As someone with rheumatoid arthritis, making sure my body stays in motion is so important. I know I’m in the best hands possible in taking care of my physical health, and working towards being the best version of myself. Everyone is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the patient not just the progress that patient is making each week.
Its nice to have people who care about the "why" and not just the "what" of your physical hurdles. Viverant doesn't just want to put a band-aid on your boo-boo and send you home, they take the time to understand why your body ran into challenges and seek to correct the habits so you can improve your physical performance. They can also poke you with needles - it helps.
I love pilates with Sue! Her classes are challenging and rewarding. She is always affirming and an inspiration.
Viverant Duluth takes a completely different approach to physical therapy. Each injury is treated uniquely with the patient’s end goal in mind, and a variety of therapists combine their individual strengths to provide the best treatment approach possible. Add in a talented CPT and Pilates instructor and the transition out of PT becomes effortless. I highly recommend Viverant Duluth to anyone seeking physical therapy!
Honestly, some of the most caring and knowledgeable people I have met. First class. Front desk is helpful and remembers your name crazy fast which is great. The employees are focused but loose. You can tell they enjoy their job. I have had a great experience coming from hardly walking as a young adult with pain, to regaining myself.
