The staff is so nice and helpful. Answered every question timely. Zanna and Jenny are very professional and kind.
My sister lives here and loves it. The staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy is great. He fixed my sister's bed yesterday. The slates were to short. I guess, he bought her some boards that would fit. She called me today and said he fixed it this morning. That made me so happy! Its gives me peace of mind. I live in Florida, and thinking about having my mother in law reside here. I just seen a post about the manager here. She gave a ride to an employee, and promised a room to stay in. But the room wasn’t warm? Who does that? Then wouldn’t give her a ride back. And now she is stranded! Her fiancé can’t come and get, and is offering to pay anyone to give her a ride.
