First visit for routine physical. Dr. Kaistha was very patient and personable. He listened to and addressed all of my concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.
Can't get a response from the doctor on the portal, so don't bother. The doctor is nice but is prone to talk politics and is impossible to reach and the nurse is dismissive with zero attention to detail. They have confused patient charts and can't provide necessary referrals for their own recommendations. To make matters worse, the medical team claims to not understand their computer system. Would not recommend.

Dr. Kaistha is a very good doctor if you can get pass the rude nurses. I needed to have an appointment to see Dr. Kaistha for my annual physical. I called and scheduled and appointment for a Friday at 11:45am. I called on Wednesday at 10am to reschedule a new appointment due to work need. The nurse who pick up the phone was very upset that I wanted to change my appointment which is still 3 days early.
