We were disappointed with the customer service during our visit, as the staff came across as quite rude and unwelcoming. We hope they can improve this aspect, because the store itself is beautiful and has so much to offer. 🙏
Ordered flowers for Varalakshmi pooja and asked for delivery today- Thursday before. The shipping was done this morning and will not reach me on time. When I called they said they emailed me when there was no emails. Disappointing. This is the second time.

worst staff ever, its complete favourism running, and i requested them its for wedding and for the bride, but they gave harsh replies very rude staff and i asked them like before 1 week but didnt gave me anything.
