We get the fresh flowers in reasonable rates. If we buy in bulk, we also get some discounts. Nice staff members.
Absolutely disastrous place with the worst customer service in the world - there is a woman and a guy that work there - they don't understand any instructions, cannot follow process and absolutely don't know how to deal with customer orders - highly confused and distracted set of people - there were THREE customers when I went (for the second time, first time I went they apologized and said order had not come through and at that point, I asked them to call me as soon the order arrived.
