I recently visited Vivek Flowers in Irving and jasmines were out of stock. So I took the other available variety- VIRAJAJI - the flowers were fresh and the fragrance was so strong . The flowers also lasted for multiple days. After the pooja, I took out the flowers next day and left them( used flowers ) on the island and the fragrance still lingered around for 1-2 days . I wish for a negative review. 0 hospitality and customer service. Ordered flower garlands for an important event and the day before night we get a call saying that shipment got stuck in Dubai and can’t deliver. While we made other arrangements to prepare the garlands by ourselves by running to Costco and all over to get the flowers and necessities to prepare the garlands. they again call and say with demand that you ordered and should take it.
